What You Will Do: The Biostatistician will provide methodological leadership in the domain of biostatistics to the Underwriting Modernization team. Drive innovation on the optimal use of data to achieve milestones associated with Transamerica’s roadmap to Transactional Underwriting. Apply methodological and statistical support in the areas of research design and statistical analyses, including but not limited to generalized linear modeling, multi-level modeling, multiple imputation, survival analysis, structural equation modeling, and Bayesian inference.

Compensation
The salary rate for this position generally ranges between $ 101,000-$167,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility
This position is also typically eligible for Annual based on the company bonus plan/individual performance/company discretion at 15%.
